They must love a challenge.
Or they’re gluttons for punishment.
With the volatile environment currently surrounding that position, it isn’t exactly a plum gig.
Not that it can’t be.
The person chosen for this critical position will definitely have their work cut out for them.
A mountain of work.
The Citizens Advisory Group vetting the applicants said its top 10 candidates have been instructed to submit a portfolio outlining how they would manage the district’s finances and classroom instruction.
The education part is a given.
The financial part is a priority.
If it isn’t, it should be.
