YouTube fight hardly entertainment

Standing up to a bully is never easy.

We’ve all been there as kids and taken our lumps.

They were just never broadcast over the Internet.

Which is what happened the night of Sept. 25 to a local 13-year-old boy.

He’d been bullied and had enough, he told Manatee County Sheriff’s deputies.

So he went to fight one boy in a parking lot at the Lakewood Ranch YMCA.

Only it turned out to be an ambush, authorities said.

  1. What a croc this article is...where is your investigating skills? The 8th grade "victim" was the bully that night. He was picking on younger kids and finally a 7th grader stood up to him, ended up n a tussle while protecting his smaller friends. BUT... the 8th grader was embarrassed and wouldn't let it go. He ended up stalking the younger kids and finally escalated the incident when he claimed to have a knife and was going to stab this younger kid. That is when the younger kid tackled him from the side. Get your info right before you open your mouth and change feet! It's reporting like yours that leads to problems for plenty of people. It's called "investigative" reporting...look into it! Did you talk to ANYONE who was there or did you just write your blog after reading the police report and story from the bullies mom? If you do your research, you might just find out for yourself that this kid(Cameron) has a history.
